preheat oven to 375

Starting off with your crust. whisk together your flour and salt. Mix in cubed cold butter to bowl and one tbsp at a time, fold in your ice water making sure to not over work your dough. Add more water as needed. When dough is formed flatten and fold over about 4 times, This is a very important step that creates the flakiness in the pie crust. crucial step in making pie dough is keeping it cold. If at anytime dough or butter starts to melt just pop it back in fridge. You should still see butter chunks in dough. Form into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and place in walk~in for at least 30 mins.

While dough is setting start on making your scrapple. Cut scrapple and pan fry it till it's crispy on both sides. When done, crumble scrapple and set aside. (To incorporate scrapple in dough make scrapple first and set to cool as you make dough. Add into dough as you're folding)
