I have been eating RAPA scrapple since I was a child. I find it to be the best brand available in Eastern NC. It is a relatively mild-flavored scrapple with more flavor/less non-pork "filler" ingredients like cornmeal or buckwheat than some of its competitors and noticeably less fat than some other brands (though fat does equate to flavor). RAPA's flavor is less liver-forward than some of the fattier brands of scrapple.

I have been eating RAPA scrapple for over 60 years. I have tried other brands but none come close to the taste and quality of RAPA. I no longer live in the Delaware valley, but I make sure to bring some home every time I come back to the area. I am happy to say that my entire family now enjoys scrapple almost as much as I do! Many thanks to all the folks at RAPA for producing such a quality product!!

I was raised on RAPA Scrapple. I lived in Seaford DE , just a few miles from Bridgeville. I now live in North Carolina and am SO happy that my local Food Lion carries RAPA. Brown it, put it on toast with ketchup and TADA deeeelicious!! ❣️🥰❣️

I absolutely love scrapple. Rapa Scrapple is delicious and fries up very well. Great in a breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese!

Best Scrapple Ever. Unlike the other name brands which are too spicy, RAPA is mild and is the best I've ever eaten. I would like to see more RAPA products such as canadian bacon and beef or turkey bacon.

We really are enjoying the Rapa Recipes, especially those using the waffle maker. We are South Jersey natives, now in Delaware, and we really got excited about Scrapple again at the Rapa Apple-Scrapple class at headquarters!!!

I grew up eating Rapa Scrapple. No others taste the same. I wont eat it if its not Rapa brand. But yeah, I absolutely love the stuff!
